Leadership is a choice, not genetic. Sure there are people who seem to have a natural inclination towards being able to lead people, yet in the end it is all about choice. A choice to lead, a choice to serve, a choice to bring out the best in others and a choice to do all of that over, and over and over again.
Today’s post will be short and sweet. Remember today to make choices that uphold the type of leader you want to become. There will be lots of things that cross your path, today choose to engage and lead in those areas that serve your fellow human beings and bring out their best. Leadership is a choice.
