Being Worn Out

Our house has had lots of activity and changes in the last few months. We finished construction, got puppies, started a serious exercise routine, and now that Spring has arrived all the outdoor work begins. It seems that all of us feel a bit worn out. There’s nothing wrong with being worn out as long as you give yourself the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate.

THAT is the problem isn’t it, letting go of the to do list and just being still. Our cats and dogs remind us daily that there is a time and reason to turn off. They do it on a regular basis and then get right back to it after a good rest. As humans we need to chuck the guilt and allow ourselves time to rest.

So in that vein and I am going to stop writing and go take a nap!
