Bam! Blam! Pow!

Remember when your favorite Superhero was fighting their arch enemy, and these explicatives came on the screen? It meant good was triumphing over evil and reminded us that every good fight was worth the effort. We cheered and fought along with our hero as their struggle filled the screen.

When was the last time you did anything so big that it caused people to cheer? When did you fight the good fight and prevent evil from infiltrating our world? When did you give yourself a fist bump because you did it, you won, you nailed it? When was the last time you KNEW beyond a shadow of a doubt that you were the reason things were changing?

It might have looked easy when your hero won, but it took lots of training and patience, hard work and effort. They usually didn’t do it alone. They sacrificed in order to serve the greater good, and they worked hard to make their plan come to life. The end result was for good to triumph and evil to slither off and die.

This same dynamic works whether it is a creative process or a project plan. Whether you are planning a family party or building a new manufacturing plant. Superhero’s win because they are willing to sacrifice and work hard, very hard. Superhero’s never do it alone, and they always make decisions for the greater good.

So get out your cape and tights and go to work. Your goals, your life, your ambitions are worth the hard work and worth fighting for the triumph of good over evil. You can do it!

hopes to understand this topic. You know a whole lot its almost tough to argue with you (not that
I personally will need to…HaHa). You certainly put a brand
new spin on a topic that’s been discussed for many years.
    Wonderful stuff, just great!
