This china dates back to the early 1900s. It is one of the original patterns utilized at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC. What caught my eye was the simplicity of the pattern and the contrast of the color against the white surface.
I can only imagine the people who had conversations, family dinners, business lunches, or an ever life changing proposal of marriage while eating on these dishes. When was the last time you had a great conversation and a great meal with important people in your life. Something magical happens when people eat and talk. I encourage you to enjoy a meal with someone you care about and share anything you want. Whether it is over china or chinette paper plates…spend time with those you love!
