No matter who you are or what is happening in your world, seeing images of the recent hurricane devastation should make you thankful to be alive. Multiple parts of this great country are suffering from the damage water and wind can do to possessions. Families and all they own have been wiped out, with only debris and destruction as their lasting legacy.
We really don’t have any problems if we are not living in this mess. Sure we each are playing the cards we have been dealt; some have just gotten a rotten hand they were not expecting. I encourage you to be thankful, grateful, and reach out with what you can do to help your fellow Americans. No act of kindness is insignificant or unimportant. Anything you can do to help someone else in need is worth doing.
