Inspiration: Break Through the Haze

Sometimes there are days where life seems hazy, dull, maybe even a bit blurred. This distant snap of the Atlanta skyline seems to represent the hazy day perfectly. I drove to Huntsville, Alabama without any sound in the car…just the whir of the wind against the windshield. My mind wasn’t busy it blurry, it was hazy.

I heard a great quote today from John Mellancamp: Life is short, even on it’s longest days…so true. No mater how hazy or blurry or overwhelming life might seem, it goes fast. It’s short. It’s quick and before you know it you are in the middle of August trying to remember Memorial Day. Time keeps moving even if you don’t.

So today focus on making it a good day. A day that matters to you and someone else. All in all if we don’ think make life better for someone else then what’s the meaning of all this. Stuff will turn to dust, events come and go…yet our investment in people will never fade. Break through the haze and provide clarity for someone today.
