Wine, jelly, jam, compote, syrup…they all come from these amazing grapes. They grow in the hot sunlight, enjoy land on a hill, and require care to keep them free of bugs and other critters. Sometimes they have seeds, sometimes they are sour, sometimes they are tough, and sometimes they are sweet. I know people who eat them frozen, mashed, sliced, diced, and put them in drinks instead of ice cubes. Grapes are a versitile and allow us to use them as we see fit.
Are you that flexible? Or do you have to have things your way? Are you open to new ways of looking at things, or do you always conduct your life in the same manner each and every day. Some of us are more open to variety, and some of us thrive on structure. If you crave structure, I encourage you to wing it today. If you thrive on variety and whim, today I encourage you to plan ahead a bit more. Like a bunch of grapes, it’s not how you harvest but what you do with that harvest that makes all the difference.
