Vintage handbags and clutches…how cool are these? Think of the stories these heirloom items could tell, if only accessories could talk! But as women, aren’t we glad they don’t? Our secrets, our items, our wallets, and our non-descript bottom of the bag miscellansous “stuff” is all safe in the silence of our purse.
I joke with my husband that his wallet is like a man-filing cabinet. Receipts from the late 1980s, some coupon for a store we never go to anymore, and miscellansous used gift cards go there to die! I usually carry an over the shoulder, small bag that barely holds a lip gloss, some money and a debit card. I like to travel light.
What do you think is important enough to carry around with you every day? What do the insides of your wallet or purse say about you? Is it time to clean it out? Probably. Are you going to do it today, probably not…but at least I made you think about it.
