I love pancakes and syrup. There is something about the combinaiton of hot griddle cakes and sweet, rich syrup that can turn a grey day into an adventure. Here you can see four different varieties of syrup available on demand. When eating pancakes, I look at the syrup options, pause, savor…then always choose the exact same thing. Why is that? 

I can tell you why…I know from my tastebuds to my toenails what I expect pancakes and syrup to taste like. And THAT is why I always choose the same syrup. I want the flavor I am expecting.
