Yep, that’s sushi and lots of it. This restaurant located near Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo serves only sushi, prepared daily and to order. I love the colors of the plates, the beautiful preparation of the dishes and the unique way in which the food is delivered to your seat. I’m not a huge sushi fan when it comes to eating it, but my family loves it.
